These terms are an agreement between you and FORMWRK Studio / LLC (“we”) for your use of FORMWRK Studio at formwrk.studio. By signing in you accept them. If you use the Studio for a company or a brand, you accept them for it too.
FORMWRK Studio takes a recording to finished posts: it holds your projects, cuts and clips, lets your team review them, publishes what you schedule to the platforms you connect, and shows how each post performs.
You sign in with Google. Everything you make belongs to an organization; its owners decide who is a member. Keep your Google account secure, and tell us at michael@offergoblin.com if you think someone else has used it.
What you make and upload stays yours. You give us a licence to store, process and copy it, and to publish it to the platforms you choose, only as far as running the service needs. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you publish through the Studio, including the music, footage and people in it.
When you connect a platform, you authorize us to act on that account as your organization directs: to publish what a member schedules and to read the account's posts and numbers. You remain bound by each platform's own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. FORMWRK Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, YouTube, Meta, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn. Platforms change and withdraw their APIs; what we can publish or read depends on what each one allows.
The service is free today. If we introduce fees, we will say so in advance, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a platform will accept every post.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before it or US$100.
You can stop using the service at any time, and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes go to the state and federal courts in Cook County, Illinois.
When these terms change, the date at the top changes, and we email the owners of every organization before a change that affects them takes effect.
